Alarm annunciator used in hazardous areas

A hazardous area Annunciator offering all the features and benefits of a safe area Annunciator from RTK Instruments RTK Instruments' NEX7250 Alarm Annunciator is a feature rich annunciator suitable for use in Zone 2 hazardous areas and designed to Type 'n' standards. Designed to ATEX directive 100a in accordance with EN50021:1999, the NEX7250 is based on the field-proven Series 725 Annunciator. Systems are available in a range of sizes and formats from 2 to 120 windows, in a choice of three different window sizes and six colours.

Windows are illuminated by ultra-bright, ultra reliable LEDs.

As with all RTK's range of Annunciators, ASIC technology is used in the NEX7250 to maximise reliability.

This multi-redundant design ensures no single point can cause failure.

The standard unit comprises a wall mounting steel enclosure with hinged plexiglass viewing window sealed to IP54.

Options include panel mounting versions or stainless steel enclosures.

The NEX7250 is fully field-programmable for all standard ISA sequences plus a range of options.

Units are equipped with dual common alarm and dual horn relays as standard.

Options for RS485 serial interface and individual repeat relays per channel are also available.
